M2 Certificate - Reflexive and Positive Leadership

In 2022, EDHEC's Chair in Leadership Development, together with its partner Potentialife, launched a Certificate in Reflexive and Positive Leadership. Based on 20 years of experience in providing Learning Teams™ and a "Reflexive Leader" training in schools and companies, this 90-hour course invites the learner to engage in deep personal reflection on his/her leadership using the specific methods and tools developed by the Leadership Development Chair and Potentialife. In turn, a Positive and Reflexive Leader is able to - Help others to develop - Transform his/her team in a learning community - The company calls on to him/her to coach individuals or teams internally
